A New Man

I became a father on 14 Feb 2020! After 31 hours (yes 31 hours!) of labour, my lovely wife Meishan gave me the best Valentine's Day present ever - Julian Lim born 3.335kg. Meishan really suffered - and it really pained me to see her suffer “I’ve just gone to hell and back”.

My life will never be the same again. In these days where negative gloomy news of the coronavirus hogging the headlines everyday, Meishan and I, even more than ever, need to be positive. We need to bring Julian up in the best of environments we will work hard to create and nuture. We need positivity, hope and lots and lots of smiles and love.

Money is no doubt important in creating and nurturing the environment to bring up Julian. But even more important are the quality time we need to spend with Julian, the right values to demonstrate in front of him, inculcate in him and raise him with. I, more than ever, need to be a better man.
